Product Features:

1. Collinearity:

The backboard LED light strip needs to detect the relative deviation between two LEDs to ensure that the entire LED light strip is collinear, perfectly solving the industry problem of S-type non collinear LED distribution testing, and truly achieving non adjacent LED collinearity analysis and judgment.

2. Resistance Value Recognition:

This algorithm uses the latest machine recognition technology to recognize the characters printed on the resistor and calculate the precise resistance value and electrical characteristics of the resistor. The algorithm can be used to detect faulty resistor components and achieve automatic matching of "substitute components".

3. Scratch detection:

This algorithm will search for a specified length of dark stripes in the target area and calculate the average brightness value of the dark stripe area. This algorithm can be used to detect scratches, cracks, etc. on flat surfaces.

4. Intelligent judgment:

This algorithm collects various qualified and unqualified image samples separately, establishes an intelligent judgment model through training, calculates the similarity of the tested images, simulates human thinking patterns, and can easily deal with some problems that traditional algorithms are difficult to detect.
